I am Brian Burton and I am running for Leesburg Town Council.

I am a son of a career federal civil servant. I was born in New Jersey and raised all over the world but consider Virginia to be home. I have been actively involved in the communities where I lived. I got involved as a grant writer in the Empowerment Zone process in Philadelphia, PA during the Clinton administration. I helped get a $100 Million grant from HUD for the city.  I have been involved in Loudoun County, Virginia for the last quarter century. I know both Democratic and Republican policies from the Inside. Both can be improved. That’s why I am running for Leesburg Virginia’s town council: To restore Leesburg as a town that’s a little slice of Heaven.
